SEO

Is SEO included in the website design?

Yes – the cost of SEO is included in our quoted price. We build every website with SEO in mind from the start, including fast load times, clean structure, and on-page SEO basics to help you rank on Google.

SEO isn’t instant – it usually takes 3 to 6 months to see meaningful results. It’s a long game, but one that really pays off.

Yes! We can create optimised content that sounds natural, fits your brand, and helps your site rank for the right searches.

Absolutely. We’ll optimise your site for local searches, set up or improve your Google Business profile, and help you show up where it matters.

Technical SEO covers the behind-the-scenes stuff like site structure, page speed, and mobile-friendliness. Yes, it’s important – and yes, we handle it.

No one can promise that (and be wary of anyone who does). What we can promise is a smart, strategic approach that steadily improves your visibility and traffic.

Yes, there are paid alternatives. Google Ads (formerly AdWords) lets you pay to appear at the top of search results as soon as your website launches. It’s a great way to get visibility fast while your organic SEO builds up in the background.

The cost of a Google Ads (formerly Google Adwords) campaign depends on your industry, competition, and goals. You set your own budget, and you only pay when someone clicks.

A key tool for tracking SEO is Google Search Console. It’s free and very useful – it shows how your site performs in search results, which keywords bring traffic, any indexing issues, and more.

Of course. We’ll set up your Google accounts for you so that you can track your visitors, see what’s working, improving your online performance over time.

We don’t, sorry. Our focus is on designing and building the best website for you and your business. That will have all the SEO necessities built-in, but it’s then up to you to maintain it going forward. We can however, give you as much guidance and support as you need.

Branding

What exactly is branding?

Branding is how your business looks, sounds, and feels to the outside world. It’s your logo, colours, messaging, tone of voice – but more importantly, it’s the overall impression you leave on your audience.

Strong branding builds trust, helps you stand out from the competition, and makes you more memorable – all of which are essential for growing your business.

It can take anywhere from 2 weeks upward. Straightforward logo projects would be around that timescale, full branding projects with brand manuals and all of the bells and whistles could take anywhere up to 8 weeks. It’s all dependent on the complexity of the project and how quickly you can provide us with feedback at each stage.

Absolutely. If you have an existing logo you love, we can build a full brand identity around it – or if it needs a refresh, we can tweak and modernise it to better suit your goals.

Our branding packages typically include brand strategy, logo design, colour palettes, typography, brand voice guidelines, and brand assets like social media templates – but we can customise based on what you need.

Definitely. If you need help finding the right words, we offer brand messaging services too – including naming, tagline development, and brand storytelling.

No problem! Once your brand is up and running, you can come back anytime for additional designs – from business cards to packaging, social media graphics, and more.
